Here's our official logo for the society! Here's a quick overview of the logo:

Pink/Magenta represents the University of Bradford
Lime Green to represent Bradford College
Brunei flag pattern on the shield and "padi" strands on the side to represent Brunei
Horns on the shield represents Bradford (base on the hunting horns from the tale of the Bradford Boar)
The helm and shield represents the United Kingdom
The sun symbols (behind the helm) represents knowledge

p.s. Brunei Bradford Students' Society will be known as BruBrad in short and the society motto is "Excellence Through Unity".

BruBrad Vs. BruLeeds

Yesterday, 21th November 2008, a friendly football match between BruBrad and BruLeeds was held. This time, BruBrad was the home team, and the venue was at Trinity Hall's field, Bradford. BruBrad won over BruLeeds by 4-1.

Thanks to all BruBrad supporters to came and cheer to our team. And to BruLeeds, thanks for coming with a large supporters.

Looking for Sound Editing Help

Fellow Bruneian, Mawie is looking for help in Sound Editing as he's a bit squeezed on time to do it on his own. He's even willing to teach you how to do the job and pay the person £100~£150. Anybody interested, please contact Mawie @ senjacrew@hotmail.com

Letter of Apology

First and foremost, on behalf of the society, i would like to apologize for any inconsolable acts during the recent meeting. It has brought to my attention that most people are not satisfied by how they are treated. I believe we are all civilised by nature and we should respect each other. I hope those of you who were there would not take offense by any means due to the fact it was on an emotional matter. Each of you have made it possible to create this society and we thank you for that. But as a society, we should try to be open with each other and discuss any unsatisfied acts. Again, thousands of apology to those who took offense.
